Terminating Tragedy

Hello fellow readers, 'Death is a question in life Life is the answer to death.' Like I hinted above: Death Who deserves to die? Maybe no one or maybe someone. Yet how does our opinion matter when it all happens to everyone in turn, right? WRONG 'Actions speak louder than words.' Isn't that a common proverb between us teens? Here we are proving that both speak loud and not one louder than the other. Intentionally or unintentionally, jabbing people with our words. Suicide. Nothing serious, eh? Quite the opposite. Yesterday, an ordinary, pretty and pleasant looking 15 year old took her life away. Neither do I know her, neither do I know why this happened. Why am I affected? Good question. A girl of the same age, living right here where I am, a tenth grader just like me and she's dead . Maybe not quite effective but I still hear a loud ping in my heart thinking about any of this. With no idea of the scenario or any reliable information bu...

Lacking Some Life

HI HELLO Greetings :) I sure am glad to be back on after quite a long break! The word 'break' brings to announce a soothing news, HOLIDAYS well to be exact 5days but it's not quite a holiday and so I'd like to wish all my Muslim readers and friends, an Eid Mubarak! :) A pause from all hard work, studying, elections, programmes and more. Don't worry, there's homework to always fill that place. I've got a different kind of topic for today. Something a little more on a serious note. 'Parents'. It's not an advisory piece on what a parent is or a rant on the times I was shouted at by my parents. But it's also about Family and Life . I was just opening possibly ever social networking site I am on and I came across something that glued me to the screen and I just had to share it. Some of you all may know the site 'ask.fm'. (basically it's a Q&A site). People can ask you questions and you can answer them (or not) w...

Bonding Begins

Hello again! Today, I would like to bring up a special topic that is close to my heart, ‘brothers.’ To all Indians, you might know that today is Raksha Bandhan , a day for all the brothers out there.  For all other readers, this is a small dedication. Even if you don’t have a brother, you may have a cousin or a brother figure in your life and with that, I hope you enjoy this small piece. I have always wanted an older brother. I guess I always thought about it because I already have a sister. Fortunately, I have two cousin brothers ( Manoj and Athul ) who represent this position for me. I rarely get to see them as we don’t stay in the same region and being around only in the holidays makes me treasure the smallest moments we have together. Especially today, as I spent time with Athul, I relived my wish once again.  Annoying him, playing cards with him, taking weird selfies with him, it was absolutely fun! However, I missed my other brother on t...

Hi and Hello

Hi and Hello to everyone  Okay, so I am new to this kind of exposure so please forgive me if any mistakes occur. Not everyone has to understand what I write but I hope I make people happy with what I do. If I say something that is insulting or demeaning in any manner, I promise you that isn't what I mean. To introduce myself: I would describe myself as an average 14 year old ( female ) teenager, making tons of mistakes. A teen with a passion to read, write and with support, I take one step forward to follow my dream. I am part of a big family but to give you the gist, I am one of six. I am blessed with a loving dad, he is the best and I love him more than I can ever put in words. A mother that always gives me the best and my inspiration to write and read with such endless passion. A sister, who is actually 6 years older to me. ( she's okay..I'm kidding, she is the best ms.goody two shoes i could ever have ) And my grandma :)) ahh she is such a big pillar in my l...
